The secretary shall keep for public examination a record of all marks registered or renewed under this chapter, as well as a record of all documents recorded pursuant to Section 75-25-13.Codes, 1942, § 4227-08; Laws, 1952, ch. 338, § 8; Laws, 1971, ch. 437, § 8; Laws, 1996, ch. 402, § 8, eff. 1/1/1997.
