Fractional parts of any unit of weight or measure shall mean like fractional parts of the value of such unit as prescribed or defined in Sections 75-27-5 and 75-27-7, and all contracts concerning the sale of commodities and services shall be construed in accordance with this requirement.Codes, 1942, § 5132-26; Laws, 1964, ch. 221, § 26, eff. 7/1/1964.
