Section 75-27-111 - Measure of charcoal

Unless otherwise agreed upon, charcoal shall be sold by measure, and the measure of charcoal shall be a barrel of the capacity of three and one-quarter (3-1/4) bushels.Codes, 1892, § 4484; 1906, § 5071; Hemingway's 1917, § 3354; 1930, § 7357; 1942, § 5134.
