Distributors are required to keep records of the names and addresses of the manufacturers whose honey they distribute for a period of three (3) years and to provide such information to the commissioner upon request in order to aid the commissioner in locating the source of adulterated honey.Laws, 1990, ch. 460, § 3, eff. 7/1/1990.
