The State Board of Health shall have authority to make such sanitary investigations and prepare such rules and regulations governing the sanitation and labeling of bottled drinking water as it may deem necessary for the protection and improvement of health.Laws, 1989, ch. 312, § 1, eff. 7/1/1989.
