The State Board of Health shall certify each source or supply of bottled drinking water as meeting equivalent health protection standards as prescribed for drinking water under the Mississippi Safe Drinking Water Law, Section 41-26-1 et seq., Mississippi Code of 1972.Laws, 1989, ch. 312, § 2, eff. 7/1/1989.
