Section 75-29-807 - Prohibited acts; penalties

(1) The following acts and the causing thereof are prohibited: Failure by a supplier of bottled drinking water to comply with regulations promulgated pursuant to this article.(2) Any person who willfully violates or fails or refuses to comply with the provisions of this article or any regulation issued thereunder may, in an action brought in the appropriate court be fined not more that One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each day in which such violation occurs or failure to comply continues, and for any subsequent offense a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per day.Laws, 1989, ch. 312, § 4, eff. 7/1/1989.
