Section 75-29-105 - Oath and bond of inspector

Every inspector of food, before he enters on his duties, shall take and subscribe the following oath, to be attached to his commission: 'I, A B, do swear [or affirm] that, as inspector of food for the ____________________, I will not knowingly or wilfully injure any person, or suffer any injury to be done by others, with my knowledge or consent; and I will, at all times and in all things, well and truly perform all the duties of the inspector of food for the ____________________ according to law, to the best of my ability, without fear, favor, or partiality.
