Section 75-31-229 - Article to apply to previously installed farm milk tanks

This article shall apply to farm milk tanks which have already been installed and such tanks shall be required to meet the standards and specifications provided by this article. The commissioner of agriculture and commerce shall allow a reasonable time within which such farm milk tanks may be brought up to standard.Codes, 1942, § 4560-85; Laws, 1958, ch. 156, § 15, eff. 5/6/1958.
