Section 75-33-13 - Employees; qualifications of agents

Each employee assigned to serve as agent under this article shall have knowledge of the diseases of meat-producing animals, and shall be versed in the conditions that affect the wholesomeness of animal-food products. An appropriate standard of fitness for such agents shall be maintained by the commissioner.Codes, 1942, § 4575-07; Laws, 1960, ch. 141, § 7, eff. 4/21/1960.
