Section 75-35-19 - Examination of animals and meat products thereof slaughtered or prepared during nighttime

The commissioner shall cause an examination and inspection of all cattle, sheep, swine, goats, horses, mules, and other equines, and the food products thereof, slaughtered and prepared in the establishments hereinbefore described to be made during the nighttime as well as during the daytime when the slaughtering of said cattle, sheep, swine, goats, horses, mules, and other equines, or the preparation of said food products is conducted during the nighttime.Codes, 1942, § 4575-159, Laws, 1968, ch. 245, § 9, eff. 7/1/1968.
