Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00).Codes, 1942, § 4863-07; Laws, 1944, ch. 247, § 7.
