Section 75-40-3 - Penalty

Any violation of this article shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than ninety (90) days or by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), or both.Laws, 1980, ch. 422, § 1(2), eff. 4/30/1980.
