Prior to the issuance of a license, every applicant shall pay an annual license fee based upon the capacity of the warehouse, such fee to be determined by the commissioner, but not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).Laws, 1977, ch. 409, § 7, eff. 7/1/1977.
