Section 75-44-53 - Commissioner to approve form of warehouse receipts; printing of warehouse receipts by state printer

The form of all receipts shall be approved by the commissioner. The commissioner shall be authorized to have printed by the state printer all warehouse receipts issued by grain warehousemen.Laws, 1977, ch. 409, § 27; Laws, 1981, ch. 354, § 23, eff. 7/1/1981.
