If a grain warehouseman delivers only a part of a lot of grain for which he has issued a negotiable receipt under this chapter, he shall take up and cancel such receipt and issue a new receipt in accordance with the provisions of Sections 75-44-49 through 75-44-65 for the undelivered portion of grain.Laws, 1977, ch. 409, § 28; Laws, 1981, ch. 354, § 24, eff. 7/1/1981.
