A grain warehouseman shall not deliver grain for which he has issued a negotiable receipt until the receipt has been returned to him and cancelled, and shall not deliver grain for which he has issued a nonnegotiable receipt until he has received authority from the person lawfully entitled to such delivery, or his authorized agent.Laws, 1977, ch. 409, § 29; Laws, 1981, ch. 354, § 25, eff. 7/1/1981.
