Section 75-45-155 - Administration of article

This article shall be administered by the commissioner of agriculture and commerce, hereinafter referred to as commissioner, and the state chemist, as specified in the following sections.Codes, 1942, § 4449-12; Laws, 1972, ch. 474, § 2, eff. 1/1/1973.
