Any person violating the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), and each such sale, installation, or re-installation shall be a separate violation hereof if not effected in accordance with this chapter.Codes, 1942, § 5131-66; Laws, 1968, ch. 529, § 6, eff. 10/6/1968.
