Section 75-53-13 - Penalty for hindering inspectors

Any person who shall hinder or obstruct an inspector in the performance of his duty shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).Codes, Hemingway's 1921 Supp. § 6166g; 1930, § 5673; 1942, § 5129; Laws, 1920, ch. 324.
