Section 75-55-20 - Calibrating equipment to be transferred to Department of Agriculture and Commerce

Any calibrating equipment in the possession of the State Tax Commission heretofore used by the tax commission to carry out its responsibilities under this chapter shall be transferred by the tax commission to the Department of Agriculture and Commerce on July 1, 1988.Laws, 1988, ch. 482, § 7, eff. 7/1/1988.
