Section 75-55-7 - Exemptions from classification, specification, and coloring

(1) Provided, however, that gasoline, as defined in Section 75-55-5, shall not be subject to specifications required under such section, when such gasoline is purchased or received in this state for uses other than for sale or distribution to the consuming public.
