The administration of the Liquefied Compressed Gas Equipment Inspection Law of Mississippi (Sections 75-57-1 through 75-57-63) are transferred from the Chairman of the State Tax Commission to the Commissioner of Insurance. All personnel, records, property and equipment allocated to the Chairman of the State Tax Commission exclusively for the administration of the Liquefied Compressed Gas Equipment Inspection Law of Mississippi are hereby transferred to and placed under the supervision and control of the Commissioner of Insurance.Laws, 1982, ch. 408, § 1; Laws, 1995, ch. 475, § 11, eff. 7/1/1995.
