Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the right of operators and non-operators to enter into agreements providing for marketing of gas, marketing fees, balancing or any other matter addressed by this chapter. Any such valid agreement shall supersede the provisions of this chapter to the extent said agreement addresses matters covered in this chapter.Laws, 1991, ch. 490, § 9, eff. 7/1/1991.
