Section 75-60-43 - Records, regulations, and forms to be provided by State Department of Education; validity of certificates and permits issued by Department

The State Department of Education shall supply to the Mississippi Community College Board all records, regulations and forms relating to proprietary school and college registration. All certificates and permits for proprietary schools and colleges issued by the State Department of Education shall be valid until their normal expiration dates unless suspended or revoked for cause.Laws, 1992, ch. 349, § 24, eff. 7/1/1992.Amended by Laws, 2014, ch. 397, HB 460, 67, eff. 7/1/2014.
