Section 75-60-7 - Disposition of receipts

All receipts of the Commission on Proprietary School and College Registration under this chapter shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Commission on Proprietary School and College Registration, and shall be expended only pursuant to appropriation approved by the Legislature and as provided by law.Codes, 1942, § 6688-04; Laws, 1972, ch. 507, § 4; Laws, 1986, ch. 432, § 6; Laws, 1992, ch. 349, § 5, eff. 7/1/1992.
