Each separate sale of any article of merchandise above described at public auction without first having complied with all the provisions of this article shall constitute a separate violation or offense, and whoever violates any of the provisions of said article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each such offense.Codes, 1930, § 3719; 1942, § 5150; Laws, 1926, ch. 174.
