A violation of this article shall constitute a misdemeanor, and a conviction therefor shall result in a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each separate offense.Codes, 1942, § 5131-121; Laws, 1971, ch. 522, § 1, eff. 1/1/1972.
