Section 75-67-133 - Prior obligations not impaired

Nothing herein contained shall be so construed so as to invalidate, impair or affect the obligation of any contract, agreement or loan between any lender or licensee and borrower which was lawfully entered into prior to July 1, 1958, or which shall be lawfully entered into prior to the expiration or cancellation of a license issued to the licensee under the provisions of the Small Loan Privilege Tax Law (Section 75-67-201 et seq.).Codes, 1942, § 5591-17; Laws, 1958, ch. 170, § 17, eff. 7/1/1958.
