No person or organization may operate or sponsor a youth camp in Mississippi without first holding a valid license under this chapter and without complying with the provisions of this chapter and with any rule, regulation or order of the State Board of Health.Each application for a license to operate or sponsor a youth camp shall be accompanied by a license fee of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00), which shall be paid to the board.
