The State Board of Health is the principal authority in the state on matters relating to the condition of safety and health at youth camps in Mississippi. The board has the powers and duties set out in this chapter and all other powers necessary and convenient to carry out its responsibilities.Laws, 1977, ch. 459, § 4, eff. 7/1/1977.
