Section 75-76-149 - Penalty for possession of device, equipment or material manufactured, sold or distributed in violation of Gaming Control Act

Any person who possesses any device, equipment or material which has been manufactured, sold or distributed in violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned in the county jail not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.Laws, 1990 Ex Sess, ch. 45, § 75, eff. 6/29/1990.
