Section 75-76-45 - Minimum procedures for licensees to adopt to exercise control over internal fiscal affairs of licensees

The commission shall prescribe minimum procedures for adoption by each licensee to exercise effective control over the internal fiscal affairs of the licensee, which shall include but are not limited to provisions for:(a) The safeguarding of assets and revenues, especially the recording of cash and evidences of indebtedness; and(b) The provision of reliable records, accounts and reports of transactions, operations and events, including reports to the commission and the executive director.Laws, 1990 Ex Sess, ch. 45, § 23, eff. 6/29/1990.
