(1) A licensee seeking approval to participate in foreign gaming shall apply to the executive director in writing, under oath, supplying any information and supporting data pertaining to himself and to the foreign gaming operations which the executive director and the commission require.(2) A licensee who applies for approval agrees by his application to conduct his foreign gaming operations in accordance with the standards of honesty and integrity required for gaming activities in this state.(3) The licensee shall submit data showing that the foreign gaming operations will be lawfully conducted in the foreign jurisdiction, and that the licensee's involvement will pose no unreasonable threat to gaming control in Mississippi.(4) The executive director may conduct investigations concerning the application and submit recommendations to the commission. The executive director may require the applicant to pay anticipated costs of an investigation in advance, and shall refund overpayments and charge and collect amounts to cover underpayments of actual costs after the completion of the investigation.Laws, 1990 Ex Sess, ch. 45, § 138, eff. 6/29/1990.
