(1) After licensing pursuant to this chapter, the limited partnership shall: (a) Report to the commission and the executive director in writing any change in personnel who have been designated by the commission as key executives.(b) Furnish the executive director an annual profit and loss statement and an annual balance sheet.(2) The commission or the executive director may require that any limited partnership furnish the commission or the executive director with a copy of its federal income tax return within thirty (30) days after the return is filed with the federal government.Laws, 1990 Ex Sess, ch. 45, § 116, eff. 6/29/1990.
