(1) All gaming must be conducted with chips, tokens or other instrumentalities approved by the executive director or with the legal tender of the United States.(2) No licensee shall permit participation by a person in a game conducted in the licensed gaming establishment if such person is not physically present in the licensed gaming establishment during the period of time when such game is being conducted, and all games and the participation of patrons therein shall be entirely located and conducted on the licensed premises.Laws, 1990 Ex Sess, ch. 45, § 51, eff. 6/29/1990.
