Section 75-76-83 - Appeal of decision of Board of Tax Appeals

Any person aggrieved by the final order of the Board of Tax Appeals regarding any action taken by the Commissioner of Revenue and/or the Department of Revenue under the provisions of this chapter, including any person charged with any tax, fee, interest, penalties and damages imposed by this chapter and required to pay same, may appeal from such order as provided in Section 27-77-7.Laws, 1990 Ex Sess, ch. 45, § 42; Laws, 2009, ch. 492, § 142, eff. 7/1/2010.
