Section 75-76-13 - Meetings of commission; quorum requirements

(1) This section shall take effect from and after October 1, 1993.(2) Regular and special meetings of the commission may be held, at the discretion of the commission, at such times and places as it may deem convenient, but at least one (1) regular meeting shall be held each month on or after the fifteenth day of the month. All meetings shall be open unless they may be closed pursuant to Section 25-41-7.(3) A majority of the members is a quorum of the commission.Laws, 1990 Ex Sess, ch. 45, § 7, eff. 6/29/1990.
