Section 75-76-25 - Attorney General to represent and advise commission and executive director

Except as otherwise authorized in Section 7-5-39, the Attorney General and his assistants shall represent the commission and the executive director in any proceeding to which the commission or the executive director is a party under this chapter and shall also advise the commission and the executive director in all other matters, including representing the commission when the commission sits in a quasi-judicial capacity.Laws, 1990 Ex Sess, ch. 45, § 13; Laws, 2012, ch. 546, § 41, eff. 7/1/2012.
