Section 75-79-23 - Licensee is responsible for acts of his employees

Each licensee shall be responsible for the acts of any or all of his employees while acting as his agent, if such licensee after actual knowledge of such acts retained the benefits, proceeds, profits or advantages accruing from such acts or otherwise ratified such acts.Laws, 1982, ch. 317, § 7(2), eff. 7/1/1982.
