Any person who knowingly and willingly violates the provisions of Section 75-83-3, 75-83-5 or 75-83-9 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one (1) year, or both.Laws, 1985, ch. 496, § 7, eff. 7/1/1985.
