Section 77-13-25 - Effect of chapter on certain contracts between railroads and owners or operators of underground facilities or utility lines on railroad right-of-way

Nothing in this chapter shall modify or abrogate any contractual provision entered into between any railroad and any other party owning or operating an underground facility or underground utility lines within the railroad's right-of-way.Added by Laws, 2014, ch. 354, SB 2148, 2, eff. 7/1/2014.
