Upon agreement of the parties in any proceeding, depositions of any witnesses may be taken and used in evidence pursuant to procedure for taking depositions which may be prescribed by rules and regulations of the commission.Codes, 1942, § 7716-17; Laws, 1956, ch. 372, § 17.
