Section 77-3-55 - Orders, findings, authorizations and certificates to be in writing and entered in minutes

Every order, finding, authorization or certificate issued or approved by the commission under any provisions of this article shall be in writing and entered on the minutes of the commission. A certificate under the seal of the commission that any such order, finding, authorization or certificate has not been modified, stayed, suspended or revoked, shall be received as evidence in any proceeding as to the facts therein stated.Codes, 1942, § 7716-19; Laws, 1956, ch. 372, § 19.
