Section 77-3-85 - Jurisdiction of actions to recover penalties and criminal prosecutions; limitation of actions

Actions to recover penalties under this article, and criminal prosecutions under subsection (2) of Section 77-3-81, shall be brought in the name of the State of Mississippi in any court of competent jurisdiction.
