(1) The Public Service Commission shall commit all acts necessary to implement a dual party relay service in as expeditious a manner as possible not exceeding one (1) year from March 12, 1990.(2) The Public Service Commission shall report to the Legislature on or before January 1, 1991, the status and conditions of the dual party relay service and other aspects of the programs specified in this article.Laws, 1990, ch. 321, § 6, eff. 3/12/1990.
