The provisions of this article shall be cumulative to, and not in derogation of, Sections 77-3-21 and 77-3-29.Any proceedings under the provisions of this article before the public service commission shall be held and conducted as provided by Article 1 of this chapter. Appeals shall be available as a matter of right as provided by Sections 77-3-67 to 77-3-73.Codes, 1942, § 7716-57; Laws, 1968, ch. 504, § 7, eff. 7/4/1968.
