All of the provisions of Chapter 35 of Title 11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 relative to the liquidation of corporations after forfeiture of charter shall apply to the liquidation of any such corporation if the charter thereof is forfeited under the terms of this article, except that the trustees shall be appointed by the public service commission.Codes, 1942, § 7713; Laws, 1940, ch. 132.
