Section 77-5-5 - Mississippi Rural Electrification Authority created

A corporation, to be known as the 'Mississippi Rural Electrification Authority,' is hereby created as an agency of the state. Said authority shall be a public corporation in perpetuity under its corporate name, and shall under that name be a body politic and corporate.Codes, 1942, § 5502; Laws, 1936, ch. 183.
