Section 77-5-121 - Proceedings contesting creation of district

No informality in any proceedings or in the conduct of said election, not substantially affecting adversely the legal rights of any citizen, shall be held to invalidate the creation of any district. Any proceedings wherein the validity of such creation is denied shall be commenced within thirty (30) days from the date of filing the order creating the district with the secretary of state, otherwise such creation and the legal existence of said district shall be held to be valid and in every respect legal and incontestable.Codes, 1942, § 5441; Laws, 1936, ch. 187.
